Optimise, improve and release your Unity game

I work on existing Unity projects: resolve performance issues, complete technical tasks before release and adapt games for mobile and WebGL. I integrate the agreed changes into your project and verify the result on selected devices and platforms.

Complete the work holding your game back

For studios, publishers and agencies with an existing Unity project and a specific task. A scoped engagement that lets your core team focus on developing the product.

Unity game optimisation

The game loses frame rate, freezes, takes too long to load or uses too much memory on target devices.

I investigate the causes, capture profiles and implement fixes in your project. I verify the effect in agreed scenes, on selected devices and in defined scenarios.

Outcome

Before-and-after measurements, project changes, a verified build and a description of the achieved effect.

Frame time, memory and loading targets are defined after reviewing the project.

Technical tasks before release

Bugs, unstable builds or unfinished integrations are delaying a release or update.

I take an agreed list of issues as a scoped engagement: reproduce bugs, fix their causes, integrate changes and verify affected scenarios.

Outcome

The agreed task list completed, a working build, verification results and documented remaining limitations.

Scope and timelines are estimated after reviewing the project materials.

Discuss your task

Mobile or WebGL adaptation

Your game needs preparation for another platform, while the core team is busy developing the product.

I adapt controls, UI, builds and agreed SDKs. I check launch, saves, core gameplay scenarios and platform constraints.

Outcome

A version for the agreed platform, project changes and materials your team can use for ongoing maintenance.

Platforms and integrations are agreed in advance; additional scope is estimated separately.

Discuss your task

Diagnostic fees are agreed after a brief discussion. Development cost and timelines follow a review of the scope.

03 / How it works

An agreed milestone in your project

  1. 01

    Discuss the task

Briefly review your project, task, platform and constraints.

  2. 02

    Investigate if needed

If scope is unclear, carry out standalone paid diagnostics with measurements and a plan.

  3. 03

    Agree on the milestone

Define the outcome, timeline, cost, acceptance criteria and payment terms.

  4. 04

    Integrate and verify

I implement changes in your project, check affected scenarios and share verification results.

  5. 05

    Hand over the result

Provide code, a build and the agreed materials for your team. Discuss continued work.

I use AI to speed up development. I take responsibility for understanding your project, making technical decisions, integrating changes and verifying them against the agreed criteria. You receive a result your team can accept and continue to maintain.

Work is carried out under a contract. Scope changes are estimated separately. Additional specialists are brought in when needed.

04 / About me
